The new Jeopardy! champ was just seven years old when he first wanted to appear on Jeopardy! He participated in quiz bowls in high school and college and later decided to take a shot for an appearance in the most popular quiz game show.
Before Marko’s heroics, Alison, a writer and creative executive from San Jose, California, had a five-day winning total of $121,500. Alison came second in the last episode and managed a winning cash of $3,000.
Following his debut victory, Marko will now look to defend his winning streak on Friday, 19 April 2024.

How Much Did Marko Saric Win On Jeopardy?
In his debut episode, Marko surpassed over Alison Betts’ dominating winning streak of five straight games. With the win, Marko added a winning total of $3,799.
In the episode aired on 18 April 2024, Marko faced Alison and a Paralegal from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Rob Blumenstein. Rob came third in the competition and went back home with a cash prize of $2,000.
At the end of the first round, Marko was second among the competitors with a total of $4,400 while Alison was leading the round with $5,000. Marko came back strong in the Double Jeopardy! round and look a lead with a total of $12,900.
In Final Jeopardy, every contestant answered incorrectly which allowed Marko to have a close win over his opponents.
