Dawis is also the recipient of the 2022 Kleban Prize in Musical Theatre for librettist and the 2021 Fred Ebb Award for musical theater songwriting. Currently, she holds a 2023-25 Jerome Hill Artist Fellowship with the Jerome Foundation.
