A lifelong Jeopardy fan, she has been watching the show since she was a child. Likewise, she has also been auditioning for the show since her high school days. She had made it to the audition stage three times and became eligible to compete on the show on the fourth attempt.

It’s a show I’ve always loved. Even watching it, there are the ones you get right and you get excited about; and there are the ones you know watching from home and maybe none of the contestants do, so you get to feel a little smart from that. But then, just all the stuff that you don’t know, it’s kind of like, oh, I didn’t know that; that’s really interesting.

Allee is a writer by job-based in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She works as a Web Writer for the Rural Health Information Hub (RHIhub) at the Center for Rural Health (CRH) within the University of North Dakota (UND) School of Medicine & Health Sciences.
There, she writes for the Rural Monitor, RHIhub’s online magazine, and the Rural Health Models and Innovations section. She has been working there since 2016.
